"The place is truly outstanding, you will be living literally above the old city with stunning views in it and the sea in a peaceful, beautiful, modernly equipped location. During the New Year night you will be at the best spot to enjoy fireworks, and other activities, like city square concerts from own balcony. The host is extremely proactive, easy to communicate, helpful and ready to help with any of your questions and requests. We enjoyed the NY time to the full and may only recommend this cozy house for staying at any season."

"We had a great time staying at the villa! It was perfect for our two families — spending time together in the spacious living room, enjoying the amazing view of Budva's Old Town, walking through the charming streets, and relaxing by the pool. Our toddler almost learned to swim, and the hosts, Leonid and Olga, were incredibly thoughtful — they even provided some toys for our toddler. My wife was especially happy with all the lovely touches like wine, coffee, and the welcome treats. And yes, there's a great coffee machine too!"

"Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Very comfortable place to stay, and the kids loved the pool. Leonid and Olga were very nice, helpful and responsive. Easy walk into Budva old town and beaches (20 minutes), it's harder coming back up the hill. But there are plenty of taxis. We had a lovely family holiday."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sofiia. The host Leonid was amazingly helpful. He helped us book a car rental and airport transfers, came over straight away if we had any questions, and had plenty of recommendations for things to do in the local area. The villa itself was beautiful! So much space for our group, and the most incredible views! It had everything we needed to make some dinners and lunches, and an excellent built-in coffee machine! We had some lovely relaxed days around the pool in the sunshine, watching butterflies in the lovely garden. 10/10 would recommend a stay here."

"The villa has a beautiful view and a great pool. The host made sure we had a great stay and kept in touch to see if we were alright. Our questions were always answered within a few hours. The villa is a twenty minute walk from the old town, or if you prefer, taxis will only cost about 5 euro. Beautiful place and kind host, I highly recommend."

"Such a lovely holiday. Leonid was an amazing host who gave us cheaper taxi numbers, arranged a boat trip and restaurant recommendations. My friend had bad food poisoning and he came round straight away with medicine. Amazing view overlooking Budva. Perfect for family or friends holiday. Looks exactly like the images.
